Unfortunately, our home was not built to code and we experienced a significant back flow of sewer damage into our home. Top Notch responded almost immediately and got us on the schedule quickly to come install a backwater valve. RJ, Thomas and team were beyond professional - did amazing quick, professional work - cleaned up and went on to the next one. I would highly recommend these guys for any plumbing services needed.

I called they came out the next day. It turned out our toilet was leaking into the cellar. They fixed it with no problem right on time

We used Top Notch for a second opinion and were told that we actually did not need anything done with our sewer system and that job was unnecessary! They saved us big time and I am so grateful. Such an honest company. I could not recommend them more. The technician that had come out is very kind and knowledgeable. Our water bill has been high since moving into a new home and he showed us exactly what to change on our toilets to fix the issue. I highly highly recommend this company.

These folks are absolutely amazing!! Text them at 7:41 am, responded with in 1 minute... 20 minutes later 2 technicians pulled in my driveway and less than 40 minutes later I received a text telling me the work was completed. Nothing happens this quickly in today's world but it did !!!! My emergency was a "Top Notch" priority!! I had already begun planning how many days without water, missed work time.... Thanks Tommy and Johanna!!!

After finding that our water heater was leaking (on a Thursday evening), we were scrambling to find someone who could replace it by the weekend. After getting what seemed like a ridiculous quote from one company and being told by another that it would be 3-4 days before they could give a quote, we found Top Notch Plumbing Services. They sent a technician out within a half hour, gave an estimate on the spot, and returned minutes later to do the installation. RJ and Daniel (and two others whose names I didn't catch) did a great job and finished by about 5:30. They were very courteous, took away the old heater, and left no mess. They REALLY were Top Notch! AND the cost was $500 less than the first estimate I got, and we got a higher-quality heater, to boot. I can't praise Top Notch highly enough.
